Walmart is down or the cart link isn't working

Walmart’s website, app and cart link belong to Walmart. When they’re down, Send to Walmart can’t fill the cart. Handled. shows a banner at the top of the app when we know about a problem.

Right now

1. Tap Copy my list. Every item is written exactly as Walmart names it, with quantities.
2. Open the Walmart app and paste each line into search, or paste the whole list into Sparky, Walmart’s assistant, and ask it to add the items to your cart.
3. Pick your pickup time as usual.

Later

Try Send to Walmart again in an hour. If the banner is gone and it still fails, tap Help in the app; the message brings your app version, device and this week’s list with it so we can see what happened.

It’s not Walmart

If walmart.com works fine in your browser but the cart link doesn’t, the link format may have changed. Tap Help and tell us; we fix the link on our side, no update needed on yours.

Didn't fix it? Email help@handleddinner.com and say "I tried that and it still doesn't work". A person reads it within one business day.
