About
Built at our kitchen table.
Handled. was a family app before it was a product.
The spaghetti that came as manicotti
Handled. was built by a Kansas City dad for his own house. Every week the same thing happened: someone asked for spaghetti noodles and got manicotti. Asked for sour cream and got the light one. Asked for "cheese" and got a guess. The pickup order was never quite the dinner anyone planned.
So he wrote the family's dinners down. Not recipes, dinners: tacos, spaghetti night, chili, the Tuesday rotation. Under each one, the exact products the family actually buys, by name and size. Twenty-nine dinners. About a hundred and fifty items. Then a button that turned the week's ticks into the grocery list, split into what goes to Walmart pickup, what comes from Sam's, what comes from the corner store, and what someone would rather pick by hand.
It has run that household's dinners every week since. The list is right. Nobody asks what's for dinner. Either adult can send it.
Then other families asked
The app that runs our house is staying ours. Handled. is the version built for yours: your dinners, your brands, your store, your two adults. Same idea, built properly, with accounts, security, and a setup that takes one evening instead of one dad's spare weekends.
What we believe
- She is the hero. The person running dinner is already doing the hard part. Handled. is the tool she picked. It never implies anyone was lazy or behind.
- Exact beats clever. No recipe discovery, no AI meal plans. The products you already buy, in the cart, right.
- Never your password. We don't log into Walmart as you, ever. No bots, no extensions. You check out in your own account.
- Honest numbers. No invented reviews, no fake customers, no stats we can't show. When we have real results we'll say so, with names only if people want them used.
- Handing off is the feature. Two adult logins in every plan, because dinner shouldn't live in one person's head.
