How spots are handed out

Founders are invited from the waitlist in the order people joined. You get an email with a private checkout link. Spots aren’t held, so if the email sits for a while the link may show “sold out”.

“Lifetime”

One household, for as long as Handled. operates. If Handled. ever shut down, we would give at least 60 days’ notice and a way to export your dinners.

Can I move it to another household?

No. A Founders membership belongs to the household that bought it. You can change which two adults are in that household any time.

Didn't fix it? Email help@handleddinner.com and say "I tried that and it still doesn't work". A person reads it within one business day.
