Deleting your account

Before you go

Tap Export my dinners in Account to download your dinners, products and lists as a file you can keep.

Delete

1. Open Account.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm.

Your sign-in, household, dinners, products and lists are deleted within 30 days. Receipts are kept as long as tax law requires, nothing else.

Two adults

If you’re the only adult in the household, deleting your account deletes the household. If there’s a second adult, the household and its dinners stay with them; only you are removed.

Rather we did it?

Email help@handleddinner.com from the address on your account and say “delete my account”.

Didn't fix it? Email help@handleddinner.com and say "I tried that and it still doesn't work". A person reads it within one business day.
