Changing your Walmart store

Handled. doesn’t pick your store. The cart link opens whatever store your Walmart account is set to, so changing it is a Walmart step, not a Handled. step.

Change the store

1. Open the Walmart app or walmart.com and sign in.
2. Tap the store name at the top (it says “Pickup from …” or “Delivery to …”).
3. Pick the new store and make sure Pickup is selected.
4. Back in Handled., tap Send to Walmart. The list lands at the new store.

What might change

• A few products may be stocked differently at the new store. If something shows the wrong size or brand, tap Wrong item on it and pick the right one once.
• Pickup time slots belong to the store; Handled. never sets them.

Two stores

If your household uses two different Walmart stores, each adult’s phone sends the cart to the store that phone’s Walmart account is set to. Family Plus adds a second household for people who shop from two homes.
